We are exhibiting a number of works featuring drawings and paintings by secondary school pupils as well as professional artists in the district. The project is to highlight mental health and wellbeing amongst our secondary school pupils and will be auctioned at the end May, the month is dedicated to mental health awareness. All proceeds will go to the Hot Chocolate Trust, based here in Dundee, who work with young people all across this area – both side of the Tay.
Come along and see the work of these talented young artists who have gladly given of their time and talents to help us all become more aware of the issues surrounding the mental health and well being of young people.
NOTE: The exhibition is on through Monday to Friday during the café opening hours.
Here is a selection of some of the work that will be on display and eventually be for sale through the auction… The work submitted by professional artists will not be auctioned but can be purchased by donation.
